Bus Trip Planning

Throughout the year Registered Student Organizations, Student Government Association, and the Office of Student Activities provide bus trips. All bus trips are required to have a bus captain. The following individuals are eligible to complete bus captain training:

  • Student employees
  • RSO Advisors
  • RSO Executive Leaders
  • SGA Executive Officers
  • SGA Event Directors
  • Staff/Faculty

The number of bus captains required for a trip is determined by the Office of Student Activities based on the nature of the trip. Training is typically offered at the beginning of the semester.
