Art Expo Sign-Up Form

Sign-ups are due no later than Tuesday, February 18th at 11:59 PM. If you have any questions about the form you may contact Brittney Ortiz at Brittney.ortiz@uconn.edu. All students signing-up will receive correspondence following the sign-up deadline for further instruction. You are welcome to submit more than one piece of artwork. Each piece of artwork requires a separate submission.

Fill out the following details about your work. This will be utilized to create labels for your work and ensure we have the appropriate equipment to showcase your work.

Artwork Medium(Required)

Indicate the type of artwork you are submitting for the art expo. We welcome all creative mediums at any level of artistic ability. If you have questions if your artwork is eligible you can contact Brittney Ortiz at Brittney.ortiz@uconn.edu
Must be less than 150 words.. This description will be printed on your label next to your artwork.
Indicate approximate dimensions. For example, 20"H x 10"W x 1" D
Indicate type of support your work would require(Required)
Note: Works that are loose leaf papers, printed, and so forth will be clipped onto art paneling. We recommend loose artwork to be protected by a clear sheet or backing board.
Max. file size: 250 MB.
Must be 1920 x 1080 resolution, or a 16:9 ratio for compatibility. If you need assistance converting your work to the appropriate sizing reach out to Brittney Ortiz at brittney.ortiz@uconn.edu
Confirm you understand the sensibility clause(Required)
When submitting artwork, student(s) take responsibility for all actions of the individual(s). Submissions to the art expo should not be offensive to anyone. If a submission is deemed offensive, further action through the student conduct process may be deemed necessary.
Are you able to attend the Art Expo from 11AM-1PM on February 26th?(Required)
You do not have to be present during the Art Expo to submit your work(s). We want to ensure every interested student has an opportunity to showcase their work(s)!
Do you want Student Activities Ambassadors to set-up your artwork?(Required)
Set-up for the Art Expo is between 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM on Wednesday, February 26th. If you prefer Student Activities Ambassadors to set-up your work you will receive further instruction for drop-off location and times. If you prefer to set-up your own artwork, we will have your location indicated in the Concourse for your artwork.
Consent
All artwork submitted will be automatically entered into voting. Top three winners will win a prize and have their artwork showcased on our website!
