Sports and Fitness

The Office of Student Activities offers one-off sporting and fitness events each academic year. These events will provide you the opportunity to engage in a variety of sports and fitness both on and off-campus. This page houses our traditional and one-off events that are sports and fitness related. Scroll down to each section to review the offerings for the Spring 2026 semester.

Behavior

At our off-campus sporting events that offer competitive elements we expect students to abide by campus policies while participating in off site campus events.

  • A Student Activities Ambassador will serve as peer referees for sporting events. Please be sure to respect your fellow peers in their role. They will monitor for behavior and keep track of brackets.
  • As traditional in sports, referees have red and yellow cards to issue for game related conduct.
  • Poor sportsmanship can result in not being able to continue to play in the tournament.
  • If you witness behavior that violates The Student Code, please report it here so the University can address the concern.

Weekly Badminton

Every semester we host weekly Badminton in the Schreiber Reading Room, 253. Student Activities Ambassadors set-up the net to transform the space into a court for badminton, and supply both badminton nets and birdies for easy, casual play. Students can stop by for any amount of time they want during the weekly pop-up badminton!
